K.L. with its registered office in Poland is an innovation studio setting new boundaries in the development of materials, their functionality, and aesthetics. Through consultation and cooperation with other brands, Knitwear Lab works on the continuous development of knitwear to implement each project. By exploring the relationship between material and machine, it presents a new approach to fashion in which process and design are equally important.
Design Thinking
We are experts in seamless technology. We explore alternative production methods, presenting a new dimension of clothing and footwear for active people. We research and test knitting techniques to create new materials. Through cooperation with innovative suppliers, we introduce new materials with a view to sustainable development. By reversing the designing process, design is the result
of the choice of machine and material.

Our team consists of professional material designers. We use Santoni knitting technology to design the best products, samples, and prototypes. Together we create the best concepts to fit your idea and collection. We help at every stage, including the creation of presentations and various types of information materials. In our laboratory you will find different types of fibres and the latest material samples. We work with a network of suppliers that provides us with the fibres best suited to your product. Every year we take part in the most important international fairs such as Pitti Filati in Florence, Spin Expo in Shanghai/New York, Premier Vision in Paris, Ispo and Performance days in Munich. Thanks to these events we are up to date with technological novelties
in the field of knitting.
In an interactive creative process we design on the basis of data collected during the research and analysis phase. This is the most important stage in the development of our materials. The tests are carried out in terms of functionality and development possibilities.
